Digital-product licence

1. Licence grant

When you purchase a digital product from Laia Branding, you receive a limited, exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, edit and use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. Use for client work is permitted where the product page expressly says so.

2. What you may do

• Download and keep the permitted number of copies for your own use.
• Customise the product for your own brand or project.
• Export finished work created with the product.
• Use it for client work when that permission is stated on the product page.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, gift or make the source files available to another person.
• Upload the product to a shared library, marketplace, template platform or file-sharing service.
• Claim the original template, structure, artwork or instructions as your own.
• Use the product to create a competing template, resource or product for resale.
• Remove copyright or rights notices where included.
• Use the product unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Accounts, teams and clients

One purchase covers one purchaser or business unless the product page states that a team licence is included. Team members, contractors or clients must not retain or reuse editable source files beyond the permitted project. Additional users or businesses require an additional licence.

5. Fonts, images and third-party assets

Fonts, stock images, mockups, software, plugins or other third-party materials may have their own licences and may not be included in your purchase. You are responsible for obtaining and following any third-party licence identified in the product instructions.

6. Intellectual property

Laia Branding and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the original product. The licence gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

7. Updates and access

Updates, download periods and ongoing access are included only where stated on the product page. You should download and securely back up your files after purchase.

8. Termination

The licence ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the product and delete all source-file copies. Rights in finished work lawfully created before termination remain subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.
